We work best on flat driveways, garages, or safe parking lots. If your spot isn’t ideal, let us know—we’ll help find a solution.

What if it rains or snows?
A:
We come prepared with covers and canopies. If weather makes it unsafe, we’ll reschedule at your convenience (no extra charge).
Q:
Do I need to be home during service?
A:
Nope. As long as we have access to the vehicle and keys, you can go about your day. We’ll update you by text.

What kind of oil and parts do you use?
A:
Premium full synthetic oil and quality filters by default—never the cheap stuff. Brake/other parts are OEM or equivalent.

How long does it take?
A:
Most oil changes take under an hour. Brake jobs or inspections vary but we’ll always give you a clear time estimate.

What if something unexpected comes up?

We’ll text or call you before doing anything outside your selected service. You’re always in control.
